Project Type

Forge partnered with DEKRA as their agency to direct and produce the “Making Safe Decisions” series, an immersive training program designed to reduce workplace injuries across industries.

We delivered a first-of-its-kind 16-video learning series that blends live-action production, animation, and Unreal Engine environments with real-time compositing. The result is a modern safety-training experience that helps workers identify hazards, make safer choices, and retain key lessons more effectively, now used across the U.S. and internationally by major organizations.

Brief

DEKRA needed a training series that could improve engagement and comprehension while maintaining real-world credibility for a global workforce.

The goal was to move beyond traditional, lecture-style safety content and create an immersive learning module that’s easy to deploy across industries and locations. Deliverables included a full multi-video series with consistent structure, clear hazard scenarios, and production quality capable of supporting enterprise-level training needs.

Solution

Forge designed and executed a scalable production workflow that combined cinematic storytelling with advanced virtual production techniques to deliver a cohesive 16-video series.

Directed and produced 16 training videos for the “Making Safe Decisions” learning module Built Unreal Engine environments to place workers in realistic hazard scenarios without the limits of physical locations Used real-time compositing to blend live-action talent with virtual environments for an immersive, believable result Structured each video for clarity, repetition of key lessons, and training effectiveness Delivered consistent visual standards and modular assets to support global rollout and long-term use
